·Tasuleasa Social is an NGO (RO) that has been organizing environmental, social, educational and cultural projects for the past 21 years. To only name a few, their activity revolved around afforestation events, the Christmas Truck Campaign in Romania - in collaboration with Johanniter-Unfall-Hilfe (DE), Via Maria Theresia Marathon, free summer schools for mountain hiking, etc. Volunteering is definitely the main value of this organization that has formed generations of volunteers over the years.

[UP] My role in the project: volunteer and illustrator for various materials (illustrative map, backgrounds for the traveler's guide, social media posters, etc)
·The latest (and largest) ongoing project is Via Transilvanica, a long-distance route that stretches across 1.400 km of Romanian land, from Putna (N) to Drobeta-Turnu Severin (S). Since 2018, it has grown through the help of donations, sponsorships, hard work and passion of numerous members and volunteers of Tasuleasa Social. It encompasses the various cultures, traditions, national historical monument landmarks, wonderful natural landscape as well as the unique rural experience of Romania.

[UP] My role in the project: clay modeling workshop coordinator (organization, design, techniques, volunteer supervision), modeler.
·The Pedagogical Forest is one of the oldest projects created by Tasuleasa Social - it is an open-air classroom. With the help of interactive installations, lessons about the cycles in nature, the food chain or man-made environmental harm are being taught to people of all ages (but especially to children).
·One of the installations is a collection of miniature villages: "the bad village" and "the good village". The "bad" comes from the lack of vegetation, thus the two villages present through contrast the effects of deforestation (landslides, floods).
·In the summer of 2021, the sets of miniature houses needed replacements, therefore I had the opportunity to contribute with a workshop to renew the installation. A number of 30 clay houses along with other accessories (animals, household goods) have been created with the help of professional sculptors and volunteers.
